IoE1 / Polaris - miniloc.exe download error in CallistoView
Symptom:

When downloading to an IoE1 or Polaris board, a "Miniloc.exe has stopped working" dialog box appears
Solution:
Users should ignore this error message and continue to download their configuration. This error will not affect the download process.
