What are the logging / event recording capabilities of the EDGE unit?

The logging capabilities of the EDGE have been expanded to include several logger interfaces and the ability for users to define messages that record to given logs. The loggers can record system event and debug messages as well as messages from specific applications, such as the Event Recorder and Pilot logic.
