IoDT1 termination - technical guide

The IoDT1 accommodates 8 digital inputs (status and/or accumulators). Various build options support Closed Contact, or Single Ended Keying implementation. Closed Contact requires all resistors (R1R16) to be installed, Single Ended key only requires R1, R3, R5, R7, R9, R11, R13, R15 installed.

The ability to define Positive or Negative Keying is configured by jumper links (LK1), Bar Graph LED orientation and Status Keying wiring (TB2). The status keying voltage will determine the size and wattage rating of the resistors (R1R16) used.

Defining status points as SOE (Sequence of Events) and Pulse Accumulators can be accomplished through DAQ’s CallistoView software.
