What to do if configuration will not download

Verify that the cable is plugged into the correct location. This would be P5 on a Polaris, P2 on the back of an IoET1, or its location on front of the bin.

 

  • Verify that the correct communication port is identified in CallistoView.

 

  • Verify that you are using the correct version of firmware.

 

  • Verify that the IoE1/IoE2 is set up correctly. U21 should be installed, and U7 should not be installed.

 

If all of this appears correct, try another known working IoE1/IoE2 card.
