IoE2 troubleshooting - continually resetting, absent heartbeat, D2 blinking

Symptom:

• IoE2 is continually resetting.
• Heart beat is absent or erratic.
• D2 (green LED near back of board) is blinking.

Solution:

1. Press the reset button 5 times to place IoE2 into default mode.
2. Try known working configuration.

If the IoE2 will not go into default by pressing the reset button, do the following:

1. Power off and remove the IoE2 from the bin.
2. Locate JP1 (battery enable) toward the back of the IoE2 unit.
3. Remove JP1 for about 10 seconds and replace.
4. Place the IoE2 into the bin and turn the power on.
